Century Link twisted pair phone services were down in southern Arizona this past week. DSL was working. Mom spent 45 minutes on her cell phone to be told that they could send someone out August 7 to check, to which Mom argued with them. Services were down in the whole neighborhood. Basically customer service had no idea a whole neighborhood was down.
