66% is a smoke screen. It counts every person 18 years old and older. Including illegal aliens, I bet. That number is meaningless. Only registered voters matter, because they are the only ones that can actually vote. Since Bidan won less than 17% of the counties, it would be nice to see the percentage of registered voters that supposedly voted in those counties. I would bet it is well over 100%.
