77 million Americans, or thereabouts, did not vote, they were eligible to, so saying half the country is not true, half the people who do vote are not interested in loosening up their party's grip on them. Not worried about people who made up their mind, and choose to vote, it's that 77 million who are so disconnected from their citizenship , they don't know the difference between the Supreme Court and the Senate.
