DWAC...I don't want to get too excited because I am not really sure what this really means but DWAC reaches a Settlement with the SEC. If it is approved by the commission it looks like the merger is a go. (www.sec.gov) DWAC

Okay he listened to all of it, nothing too major, just that the merger may go through bc the criminals will pay the fine. So, hard to say what will happen. Sorry, not a lot of specifics.
