CLAIM: Video clip shows U.S. soldier opening a gate on a border fence and allowing migrants to enter the country illegally, in violation of U.S. code.

Looking closer, the support pipes are on the correct side (assuming it is hers, or at least intended to protect her nut farm) but the barbed wire at the top intended to stop peeps from climbing over is slanted to the inside? Making it useless in keeping out border crossers.
