EAST PALESTINE, Ohio — Norfolk Southern is suing other companies over the cost of cleaning up the East Palestine derailment site.

In a filing in Ohio federal court last week, Norfolk Southern said seven companies, including petroleum subsidiary Dow Chemical and tank car businesses, should help pay for the cleanup.
