The constitution is all about the LIMITS of the federal Government. We do not need a Federal Government that is bigger than any of the states. We need a supreme court, and a few other things. We do not need an FBI, CIA, NEA, or any of those other 3 letter agencies. We do not need a Washington DC.

We just need a Federal Government that is bound by the constitution. Like I said if the constitution does not say directly that something is a Federal Government responsibility then it is automaticity NOT constitutional if the Federal Government is involved.
