Biden is not going to release the JFK files. I believe Trump will release them when he is back in official capacity of President, or it might be a surprise VP that releases them.
That might be possible if Biden were the real Biden, but I don't think he is.
I think with Trump's close friendship with JFK Jr, he is going to want to release the information personally as at the very least a tribute to his friend.
