Washington DC swamp needs to be drained and then flushed out with fresh water. DC needs to be turned into a lake, and this would be easily accomplished by having the Army Corp of Engineers redirect the Potomac to turn DC into a wildlife refuge.

After the Storm, Congress will never be held in a Masonic building, or any building comprised of hewn stone or brick. No government official will ever step foot in a building of brick or stone and survive.

The Congress will never assemble in a building comprised of bricks or stone. Congress, if it wants to assemble inside something, will assemble in a building comprised of logs or sod grass. And Congress will build their lodgings by the sweat of their brow, with no contractors. The Army will come in every 6 years and burn whatever the Congress has built to the ground, to put into their minds that their residence is temporary.
