Just got back from a trip to California, San Diego area. The city had a low in the 60s, high in the 70's. And it just rained for a year. It rained so much that all of their empty water reserves filled so high that they were literally overflowing.

Its almost like the earth goes through cycles, and its not meant to be perpetually cold, hot, dry, or wet constantly.
