I have anecdotal proof of this. Friend of a friend works for a typical woke NGO and they just announced 40% layoffs in two weeks.

Asked everybody to work hard for the two weeks up to the layoffs and would know then who got fired.

Hope it's a bait and switch and they all get fired. 😂
