Treated wood is treated with copper now instead of the previous treatment. My husband is in a gardening group on Facebook, that's how I know. Someone posted she got copper poisoning from using treated wood planters. As aware as I am about toxins everywhere this shocked me. Just think of how many people use treated wood for their gardening.
