The government wants to violate the constitution rights given to you by the first amendment. This cannot stand!

The government wants to CONTINUE to violate our constitutional rights. . .

This means by filing the stay, they are admitting to violating the constitution and therefore "a duck" I mean, they are admitting to being a tyrannical government (my take).

I think it says something about this in the preamble to the constitution.
