The Franklin Police Department said Camilo Hurtado Campos, 63, allegedly recorded himself raping unconscious boys between the ages of 9 and 17 over the course of 20 years.

What's scary is that this shitbag only got caught because he was dumb enough to leave his phone at a restaurant, unlocked, for people to find the incriminating pics. One has to wonder how many more kids would have been raped were it not for him just being careless and stupid.
