Only some scenes were fake most of it was real death or aftermath footage basically a precursor to sites like rotten or best gore.

Faces of Death had scenes from Cannibal Holocaust in it, which is a well known fictional faux documentary.
This footage could simply be from some fucked up Troma movie like Bloodsucking Freaks or something similar.

Def creepy, but doesn't seem real to me. But it's kind of hard to tell since this is a recording of a monitor playing a youtube video of a camera recording a television playing a video of the alleged act.
