Great point. My awake wife (Registered Nurse) works in the school system and the administration is clearly afraid when she points out how kids are not being cared for properly. The teachers they hire here in New England are:

🟢 Already Indoctrinated from their time in college.

🟢 Don't dare step out of line for fear of losing employment perks / tenure.

🟢 Look the other way and go-along to get-along.
