This doc signing is about Ukraine becoming a part of NATO WHEN THE OTHER COUNTRIES AGREE. NATO is a monetary configuration Ukraine cannot meet.

How can Ukraine be a part of NATO? Remember Trump caught NATO countries not paying their share under NATO contract. IT is 2% of GDP. Trump caught Canada paying 1.8 and documents for 1.3 when Hillary won. Ooops. Others, the same...not paying the 2% required.

So, what is 2% of GDP for a country that gets billions in quarterly bailouts? What is their 2%? $3.00? How will they be able to contribute to NATO help, wars in other places, with no money? But we fight their wars with our money?

There is no way for Ukraine to be a part of NATO, with any of these bailouts, and they not having money. NATO works both ways. Or why not make some other poor country a member? They would love that! How will Ukraine contribute to others' wars when help is needed? I'm waiting for the answer....
