It's possible people hyper focused on the Podestas and always left out the third one, which created a hole for the third one due to the exposure of the other two. But the third image wasn't in that article; ironically one of the ones of the "bogus charity workers" looks even more like Maxwell than the supplied image.
Dubious about any "snuff film", but glad to see people bringing this up again. This was something that really popped up a lot during Pizzagate.
