Currently, we don't have enough evidence to know either way. We only know one thing, he "could have" stopped the count. He didn't. We DON'T know if it was planned as part of a scheme, or deliberate sabotage.

What really infuriated me was there were all those "hearings" about the election going on, and then boom!, no more hearings, certify the election, and go home. It's almost like it was planned for the hearings to be "cancelled due to the rioting". I would love someone to ask Cruz why he didn't resume the hearing he was involved with. If I am mistaken in my memory of that day, someone please correct me.
