What is listed is an MSDS and second section is straight from NIOSH guide used by HazMat Techs.

Proves nothing about FEMA importing HCN

Unless I'm missing something.

No shit. Like I said in another post, colleges might have devolved into cesspools of Marxism, but at the very least they teach students how to cite their fucking claims.
