Amazingly not one person or video shows who the person is or what he looks like. No picture. No video. Hate it when this happens.

I saw a rather young man in a green hoodie and he looked normal. It wasn't a close up or anything. Was it true that everyone had to get off the plane and the flight was delayed for 3 hours?
