He incited/attempted to incite. He was left alone. He said his crap the day before Trumps speech. If you go after Epps then it was HIS insurrection and not Trumps. If you can't connect Epps to Trump you leave him alone.

That's one reason why he was left alone. The other is he was working for someone. Find a connection to _______ and you have the truthful answer.
