Just because someone isn't immediately praising God, doesn't mean they aren't on the path to it.
To have someone simply praise God, and you take that as them "turned", means you can be duped harder than anyone, because you refuse to see past what someone is saying, simply because they aren't saying the words you want.
Jesus hung out with those who didn't believe in his Father, so he could help them. But it sounds like you prefer they stew in the mud, until one day they magically say "Praise Jesus!" and rise from the mud, magically themselves.
Good point. I was atheist until I was 33 years old, looking back I can see it more clearly, but in the months leading up to my salvation I was not bothered by Christians like I had been. I was quiet, I didn’t want the religious debates anymore. Then bam, God made Himself known to me and I was able to make my choice.
So you just never know what journey someone is on :)

That is not how it works.
