I believe he got exactly what he wanted with the heroin trade shut off, and Joe Biden looking like a fool.

I have listened to the X22 report for a long time. Dave seemed to think back then that Trump had made a deal for the pull out from Afghanistan before they put Biden in place, and that deal was kept.
