Welcome to General Chat - GAW Community Area
This General Chat area started off as a place for people to talk about things that are off topic, however it has quickly evolved into a community and has become an integral part of the GAW experience for many of us.
Based on its evolving needs and plenty of user feedback, we are trying to bring some order and institute some rules. Please make sure you read these rules and participate in the spirit of this community.
Rules for General Chat
-
Be respectful to each other. This is of utmost importance, and comments may be removed if deemed not respectful.
-
Avoid long drawn out arguments. This should be a place to relax, not to waste your time needlessly.
-
Personal anecdotes, puzzles, cute pics/clips - everything welcome
-
Please do not spam at the top level. If you have a lot to post each day, try and post them all together in one top level comment
-
Try keep things light. If you are bringing in deep stuff, try not to go overboard.
-
Things that are clearly on-topic for this board should be posted as a separate post and not here (except if you are new and still getting the feel of this place)
-
If you find people violating these rules, deport them rather than start a argument here.
-
Feel free to give feedback as these rules are expected to keep evoloving
In short, imagine this thread to be a local community hall where we all gather and chat daily. Please be respectful to others in the same way
OK, so what’s the point. If it’s not Mike Pence, who is it, and how do you know that? The video doesn’t really show much at all. Just trying to figure out what your point is. Besides dragging people for posting something that’s fake. How is it fake?
Did you even look at the Facebook post?
People have been spreading the video everywhere on Truth Social and Twitter, claiming that the man that got hit on the head with the water balloon was Mike Pence.
The problem is that the man in the video was not Mike Pence and the video was not taken soon after Mike made those controversial statements with Tucker.
The man that gotten hit in the head was New York's Nassau County Executive Bruce Blakeman and the video was taken during Independence Day festivities within the area, and posted a few days ago.
I was able to confirm the water balloon festivities part with local news reports describing the festivities, published around the time.
The reason why I am calling out this whole business with Pence getting hit with a water balloon video is because our movement gets plenty of power and weakens the enemy by researching and spreading the truth. When we share false information out of feelings, it weakens us and strengthens our enemies and their media lapdogs with actual ammo to use against us.
Nothing can stop what is coming, but why make the whole process more difficult for us for no reason?
Yes, I did look at the video, but it didn’t say anything about the person that you mentioned. It wasn’t very clear that’s all thank you for clarifying. That’s why I asked the question because when I looked at the video and made no sense to me. Also, you didn’t mention in your original post who the person was. You expected us to go look at the video and find out for ourselves. Long-suffering.
