Russia has demanded that there be investigations into the biolabs concurrent with any peace negotiations. Biden is intimately involved with Ukrainian biolabs. As long as he is in 'office' there can be no peace. Orban is being intentionally obtuse here, he knows exactly why the pedo death cult puppets currently larping as the US Government dont want peace.
