Maybe they’re reading the comm wrong. The 2020 election rigging was an Insurrection. The Biden documents show a history of Biden collaborating with foreign actors against the interests of the United States.
Trump wasn’t hinting he might be charged, he has always come right out and told us when he’s targeted. He is hinting he did invoke the Insurrection Act when he was President and he issued a list of Unlawful Enemy Combatants who engaged in Insurrection against the United States. Biden’s name is on that list.
