As a Christian for sure. As a human also. As an American patriot too. For all my brothers and sisters, worldwide. But my greatest motivator is as a father and grandfather. When men like me, who just want to be left alone to provide a living for their families, finally reach the end point, the world will surely know what righteous fury means.

"The mind set on the flesh is death" As a Christian we are called to Worship our Creator in Spirit and Truth. Called to follow the Holy Spirit. The Body of Christ is diverse and all members have different calling. We are called to pick up our cross daily and follow after Jesus. Not all have the exact same calling and going into battle in the flesh is just as bad as not going into battle if the Holy Spirit calls you to battle.

As a HUMAN, I think it's necessary. As a Veteran, I'm obligated. As a Christian, well, my middle name is Michael... Saint Michael the Archangel, defend us in battle.
