Only one disagreement with your recap - he said he never should have hired Sessions but that's as far as he went. He never said 'weak' or anything else disparaging about him. I went and replayed that section to confirm - Sessions is WH, and playing a role, I am convinced.

And he went on and on... and on about Joe being the dumbest senator, even back in his (Joe's) heyday.

And, lastly, we haven't figured out who Jack Smith really is yet - and it seems Trump is pushing us to continue on here.
