In fact I dare say the idiot and chief will be forced to at least make a statement if not try to directly intervene and predictably blunder an intervention
Despite my dislike of the company, I find the local UPS guys to be far more competent than FedEx or USPS for home delivery.
Although I will say I've had great FedEx guys when I was using them for business in the past.
