There seems to be an awful lot of news articles over the past couple years describing Ghislaine's experiences in prison, almost like a weekly television show where you have to tune in next week to learn the latest shenanigans.

Examples:

'Prison Karen' Ghislaine Maxwell accuses a guard of sexual abuse

Ghislaine Maxwell dubbed 'prison Karen' after filing 400 complaints

Ghislaine Maxwell was thrown in solitary confinement over jailhouse interview

Ghislaine Maxwell to launch her appeal to overturn her 20-year sentence for child sex trafficking

Prison guards don't like Ghislaine Maxwell's 'entitled attitude'

Maxwell moved to Florida prison after luxury of Epstein's mansion

Ghislaine Maxwell is hosting etiquette classes for inmates

Ghislaine Maxwell's vegan Thanksgiving in low-security Florida prison will include Tofurky

Ghislaine Maxwell seen walking with galpal as cushy regimen at Florida prison is revealed

‘Fit and sociable’ Ghislaine Maxwell laps up prison life

Ghislaine Maxwell speaks from prison about how a woman plotted to kill her in her sleep

ETC ETC ETC

This may not seem unusual at first glance given the high profile of her arrest and subsequent sentence, yet reading between the lines there seems to be an excessive need to persuade the public that Maxwell is in fact in prison.

I've noticed a similar pattern in the past in the UK with the 'Yorkshire Ripper' Peter Sutcliffe, where every few weeks seemingly for decades there'd be a news article about him complaining about something innocuous in prison, such as not receiving a birthday cake or not being fond of the clothing. It's almost as if he wasn't really in prison and the media were just pumping out these stories to sew the illusion that he was in fact in prison. Incidentally Sutcliffe had a well-publicised visit in Broadmoor psychiatric hospital from Jimmy Savile, a man who would later be revealed as one of Britain's most prolific sex offenders and was best chums with the now-King Charles.
