No I still don't see it. I guess inventing the word "liddle" is designed to sound like a cutesy childish way of saying "little", with also maybe the connection with "Liddell" although to me this sounds rather weak.
Even if I accept that hyphen really means apostrophe that doesn't fit either. An apostrophy marks the absence of a letter, usually a vowel, as for example did not = didn't with the apostrophe denoting the removal of "o". So no apostrophe needed.
