An enlisted guy getting mixed up hardly implicates the USMC. They'll rake him over the coals to prove a point, happened to the guys that defiled the Taliban corpse in 2012. They care more about reputation than any individual.

Something else is that this woman is mexican and likely the niece too. Most probable the Marine is mexican too. According to FBI crime stats, mexicans have significant percentage more rape and underage rape incidents.
