Pretty easy to decipher after being redpilled for five years. This is simply the NWO and deep state's eventual ending for mankind. Lots of wars, kids not having parents, kids dying in their parents arms and the dove of freedom struck down by a rainbow weilding nazi. The NWO is smiling at this painting. Heck, where are the conservative graffiti artists? This is prime property for a Christian Cross to be sprayed painted over this atrosity.
