Author is trying a new tactic: shorter. Much easier to digest this way. The first one is also a very tight decode about international conferences, even if it's older comms. But an excellent proof of secret comms in plain sight, and a good start for learning comms, as instructed by q-post 504 & 1113, and others.

Big updoot. Love his work but very hard for me to concentrate and digest that much.
Yeah, it's a big commitment just to read one post. But they gradually become easier as one absorbs his methods.
That's why it's nice to see a few clean and short entries.
