The decisive strongman who acts without concern for poll numbers, internal politics, and party lines etc. Is usually a favorite among those who’ve dealt with incompetence, inefficiency, corruption and indecisiveness.
Authoritarian Governments and Dictators. Usually don’t rise to power on brute force and brutality alone. Not without heavy resistance at least.
They’re helped on the rise to power usually because of the incompetence, indecision, corruption and uselessness of whatever government they’re replacing in fixing the issues assailing the people.
Incompetence, corruption, and indecision isn’t a feature solely unique to Democracies, and Republics. But it is something they are particularly more susceptible to then some other forms of Government. Due to the comparatively higher number of people involved in day to day operations. And legislators being more concerned about reelection bids rather then legislating.
Though an opinion I’ve heard. And frankly makes sense to me. Is the modern U.S Government was made from it’s inception to be especially prone to incompetence, indecision, corruption, and inefficiency.
Because it was believed a competent, decisive, and efficient government with minimized corruption. Would end up being a threat to Liberty and Freedoms of the people. Being able to act against the people long before the general public even became aware they were being assailed.
They are not incompetent. They want to completely destroy the country and they are extremely competent at accomplishing that goal. They want you to believe they are stupid or ineffective as an excuse, so no one holds them responsible.
Big win. People are not believing the programing.

The top echelons of the food chain are corrupt. Not incompetent. Hence why I included “Corrupt” in the rundown.
The lower echelons. The ranks on ranks of faceless bureaucrats and middle managers. They are just incompetent.
Obviously they have seen what each "leader" has done... and the dictator of Russia is the lesser of all those evils.
It would have been interesting if they would have included Trump in the poll.
Oh what the bloody hell 😉
