Fren, you obviously have an incredible testimony and experiences well beyond my own… American born and raised.. It’s encouraging hearing your thoughts and desire to have what so many in this Spoiled country have taken for granted to the point of putting our sacred Freedoms at Risk… But there are a ton of us Stateside, that are not going to let that happen…
I am not quite ready to tell it as it would dox me. Let’s say my Dad has been one of 🇭🇷’s (modern) Founding Fathers. Which does make him an interesting but not quite a sweet Dad, especially to his last kid, the one he absolutely not could see grow until I was 6.

To your last sentence… couldn’t agree more… They are promoting and rewarding that (lack) of discipline and common sense… That disfunction is at an All Time High because of it !!!

I think it's a mix. Most of us aren't Mr. Spock. Some things just get in your craw and it's hard shaking them loose.
