Seriously? That's mentally bogus.

the Black hats are the ones that act unlawfully with no concern or respect for law, order and correctness.

The White Hats do not go around destroying buildings and blowing up stockpiles in unlawful manner.

Great, exciting, emotionally engaging (triggering) line, but that's all it is.
