Well in comparing the image here and the one you posted, it took some work to make that mirror image. The face is made up of a map of Europe. You can almost think that maybe the bill is folded in a certain way to make the image. But nope. Where is England? The nordic countries? Whats that big dark spot in the middle of the Baltic? Iceland way down by Spain?
This is a photoshop, not real.
It’s clearly folded ; about 2/3 is showing. Check the image that propetyofuniverse linked to. I don’t think it’s photoshopped. Simply folded
Hold a ruler across to the image I posted so it covers up the British Isles. It looks similar enough to me.
