It is not the government's job to ensure children aren't using the internet inappropriately. That's the parent's job.
Stop trying to get the government to replace parenthood.
I think it's about getting names and physical address of internet users . Not about protecting children.
Obviously. But even if you humor an ounce of what they are arguing for, no parent should accept this.

It's as ridiculous as restricting minors from going in public by requiring adults, who do, to show their papers.
