Every one of my co-workers except ONE and me didn't take the jab. My boss said, "Well, I'm prepared to lose both of you" if you don't take the jab, our co-workers treated us like shit by no longer talking to us, and wishing the "non vaxxed" would be put on an island and left to die, thought that banning people from medical treatment, and grocery stores was a great idea. Oh yeah, they said that stuff. They're all at least triple jabbed, almost all got the virus, and all said the same thing "Well, if I didn't ge the jab this would be a lot worse." I, too, got the coof, but I had a stockpile of horse paste and my coof was over in 3 days and was 70% better within 10 hours. To this day I don't talk to any of them. I come to work and leave at the end of the day. I hate them all, but at least I was not duped and didn't fall for the mass psychosis.
Same here fern! I have family who live just left of the middle of nowhere, and they work for a very large oil drilling company and less than 20% at the company took the jab and the company's president said fuck that, we're not making anyone take it. But in the larger population areas it was damn near 60% took it.

My employer sprung the news on a Friday that proof of vaccination would be required by Monday.
I immediately typed a religious exemption letter using my work PC and attached it to my reply.
HR never reached out again and I still have a job. I also have worked a lot of overtime covering for jabbed co-workers...
Ironic how the jabbed vs unjabbed rates are based on location. Non major city here, fly over country, but I'm employed by a yuge globohomo megacorp.
In my work facility of 200 employees, barely 25% got jabbed according to our B.A.
Now compare that with Riga, where >75% of the ppl I know willingly took it.
Just another reason to add to the book of personal worldly experiences that rural communities are exceedingly superior to major cities.
