Just curious. Is this the first post term Obama version arkancide event we've seen since 2017?

I know Obama ordered multiple arkancide type events during his presidency (like the 911 truth widow, the lady in Hawaii that fraudulently signed off on a fake birth certificate record, his own grandmother, and a couple others that escape me atm).
