I don’t make a distinction, but some feel the need to make it. I seem to get emotional rants on the difference and the importance of using the right name exc. So to spare the drama and insults to my mother I use “oil of oregano”. My friend got a wicked lung fungal infection while cleaning out his attic and almost died. This infection was and still is an ongoing problem, I had him take oil of oregano and black seed oil everyday and finally he recovered. If he misses a few days though his symptoms start to return. Oil of oregano is amazing for two reasons. 1. It kills everything, fungus, mold, bacteria’s, viruses at very low concentrations. Two it has no effect on the good bacteria inside your body, imagine that. Isn’t God unbelievable, all of the science of man, the Cabal with all their sick DNA manipulation cannot do what just one of Gods little plants can.
Get nasal spray bottles from eBay and fill with saline and one or two drops of oil of oregano, a drop of iodine and zinc, bye bye cold’s
