Also had receipt of vote emailed to me because I figure they are going to willfully change the vote to prevent the merger and we're likely going to end up in court. Keep a paper trail fellow shareholders!!

Be careful. Do not accept the 'tender' offer. That will rob you of your shares and voting rights and cash them in for $10/share. SPACs rob people of their shares with these tender offers all the time.

Be sure you are voting for the extension and not accepting the tender offer!!!
