My investigation (first part here) suggests that every single president going back to and including George Washington has numerous direct ties to the Cabal and actively worked towards completing their agenda.
All of them (with one possible exception).
Were they all, always acting on behalf of the Cabal? I don't know, but they were all members of that team and worked towards their goals to some extent. Which means they were all under Cabal control. Some actions suggest rebellion against their masters, but they all began as their agents. The only one I'm not 100% sure of is Andrew Jackson. He has ties, but it's hard to rectify any of his actions with the Cabal agenda. Then again, other than his work on paying off the National Debt, I haven't dug as deep into him as I have for many others, so who knows.
Jackson killed the first cabal bank, and they cheated him out of an election. He wasn't one of their stooges. I don't think Reagan was one of their boys either. They tired to kill him to get their boy, HW in his place.
Reagan absolutely was a Cabal agent. There is so much more to that story. He was maybereluctant to do some things, but just dig into the Iran-Contra scandal, all the CIA-drug connections that he was involved in (more than just Iran-Contra). Dig deeper into the fall of the Soviet Union, which was a complete scam, since the Soviet Union was an agency of the United States, or rather, the United States and the Soviet Union were both created and run by Rockefeller et al. Reagan was an actor, and he put on a helluva show. But if you really dig in, it is trivial to see that he was, at least at the time of Iran-Contra, acting as a Cabal mouthpiece. Further digging will show him as such a mouthpiece from the get go. Hell, just look at what happened because of Reaganomics. That was a major step forward for the Cabal.
Assuming that someone is "not Cabal" because of certain actions, does not appreciate what Controlled Opposition is. Maybe some actions really are in opposition to the Cabal. Jacksons bank actions may have been that. But many actions that appear to be against the Cabal have been the primary catalyst that propelled their real agenda forward. The actions of Lincoln for example, were purely Cabal. He was a Cabal agent from day one, and everything he did was at their behest.
