The Alien files couldn't be kept hidden any longer, too many whistleblowers (real ones, not Grusch) were coming forward after being released from their confidentiality agreements by congressional act. So the CIA (X-protect) is doing the only thing that keeps it under their control. They are trotting out their own whistleblowers that will only state partial truths while getting their Senate pawns to pass NDAA laws to consolidate their power. They are calling in all the tech to keep it under one roof that they control. They will also attempt to paint the Aliens as hostile. They are doing this to scare the world citizens and in the US they may use it to trigger COG (continuity of gov't) programs that would result in suspension of the election and martial law. Of course you'd also see trillions being pushed into the MIC as well. The good news is that the CIA only controls the Alien file, not the Aliens or the other researchers who have spent years compiling their own data from insiders. So the first thing to do is not to fall for this fake disclosure because the people involved are the usual suspects we see pushing the other fake narratives.
