Anons, perhaps yes. Normies, no. Plus, he's trolling our adversaries while simultaneously messaging anons.

These comms are for the anons and malevolents who are aware of these comms and who did "learn".

Part of the comms effectiveness, imo, is no one besides Team Q can be absolutely sure what they mean until later when " future proves past" ie reveals which guesses were most accurate.

This reminds me of watching a complex movie and making guesses. Only at the end is it possible to know how accurate those guesses were.

Fun for some. Torture for others.
