This is just a standard list given to petty criminals on home detention. Is he wearing an ankle bracelet, we'd like to know? Or is he just floating around, expecting an occasional visit from a nice lady? (Could you pee in this cup please) Although I agree that he should be subjected to those conditions, because even regular thieves are, it is not enough.

What about the corruption and the human trafficking he allegedly indulges in? I suppose those are not proven in court yet?
