My daughter was essentially a welfare baby. I struggled hard with unemployment during the Bush/Obama years, and I was working a contract job at Amex when I had to take a day off to take my wife to the emergency room only to find out she was pregnant. The next day I found out I was out of a job. I remained unemployed for the rest of her pregnancy, working tables at a restaurant and occasional temp work. We were granted to have my wife put on ACCHS (Arizona's welfare program) and it wasn't until after our daughter was born that I found a regular job. It covered all the OB visits and the delivery. Once I was employed again, I called up the program and told them that they can take my daughter off because I now had a job and she could fall under my regular health insurance plan. The operator was impressed and taken aback. She told me that if only more people were like me, it would not only make her job easier but also make the world a better place. I told her that this is why I won't vote Democrat.
I've had some shitlibs try to give me a guilt trip for using the welfare system. You know, thinking that since I'm a conservative, that I have no right to use the welfare system since I am supposed to be against it. I'm not. I pay taxes, I pay into the system. The system was there for when I needed it. When I no longer needed it, I insisted on paying my way. I did not make it a lifestyle. There's no hypocrisy on my part.

Excellent, probably made her think too

That’s a red pill.🔥
Absolutely brilliant.
I’ll feed the animals whenever I want. Isn’t it strange how our government has relegated bison to Yellowstone
