It appears to be a human/tiger hybrid. I wouldn't brush off the fact that they could be doing this. Maybe the grey aliens were humans that have been genetically modified, hell even they might believe they are a different species and not know the full extent of the deception.
Yea to be honest I'm really curious what kind of biological atrocity they are going to parade around as an ET. "These people are stupid" so it will probably be like in Firefly where they put a deformed upside down cow fetus in a tube and claim it's an alien.

This is my conclusion so far as well. I'm expecting things to be really desperate for the deep state if they unveil any (dis)info about aliens.
